糖尿病肾病患者以参芪地黄汤辨证加减治疗的预后质量分析

摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病肾病患者以参芪地黄汤辨证加减治疗的预后质量.方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月济南市历城区中医医院诊治的75例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(38例)以盐酸贝那普利片+恩格列净片治疗;研究组(37例)在对照组基础上加用参芪地黄汤治疗.比较两组用药疗效、血糖、肾功能指标改变情况.结果 研究组治疗有效率为91.89%(34/37),高于对照组的73.68%(28/38),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.337,P<0.05).用药后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均较用药前降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).用药后,两组血肌酐、胱抑素C、血尿素氮、肾损伤分子-1均较用药前降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 糖尿病肾病以参芪地黄汤进行辨证治疗,对血糖、肾功能的调控效果更理想,可强化临床整体治疗效果.
Abstract
Objective To explore the prognostic quality of patients with diabetic nephropathy treated with Shenqi Di-huang Decoction based on syndrome differentiation.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,75 patients with diabetic nephropathy diagnosed and treated in Jinan Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.The con-trol group(38 cases)was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets+empagliflozin tablets.The study group(37 cases)was treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,changes of blood glucose and renal function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treat-ment in the study group was 91.89%(34/37),which was higher than 73.68%(28/38)in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.337,P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postpran-dial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treat-ment,serum creatinine,cystatin C,blood urea nitrogen and kidney injury molecule1 in the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction is more effective in regulating blood glucose and renal function,and can strengthen the overall clinical treatment effect.
