Objective To explore the effect of fundus laser combined with conbercept in patients with diabetic reti-nopathy.Methods A total of 66 patients admitted to Jurong People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group(33 cases,54 eyes)and control group(33 cases,54 eyes). The control group was treated with conbercept, and the observation group was treated with fundus laser on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, retinal re-lated indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The macular foveal retinal thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the best corrected visual acuity level was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of fundus laser and conbercept can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with diabetic retinopathy, improve their retinal related indicators, and have good safety, which has important clinical reference value.
