摘要

目的 分析早期2型糖尿病肾病血糖、血脂及炎性因子的变化.方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月广西医科大学第一附属医院河池医院收治的30例早期2型糖尿病肾病患者作为早期2型糖尿病肾病组,同期选择本院收治的30例单纯2型糖尿病患者为单纯2型糖尿病组和健康体检者30例为健康对照组,分析3组血糖、血脂及炎性因子水平.结果 早期2型糖尿病肾病组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯、脂蛋白a、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均高于健康对照组及单纯2型糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 相对于健康人群和单纯2型糖尿病人群,早期2型糖尿病肾病患者的血糖、血脂及炎性因子水平均较高.

Abstract

Objective To analyse the changes in blood glucose,lipids and inflammatory factors in early diabetic ne-phropathy.Methods Thirty patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to Hechi Hospital of the First Af-filiated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the early type 2 diabetic nephropathy group,and 30 patients with simple type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital during the same pe-riod were selected as the simple type 2 diabetes group and 30 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group.The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and inflammatory factors in the three groups were analyzed.Results The levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,triglyceride,lipoprotein a,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the early type 2 diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in the healthy control group and the simple type 2 diabetic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the healthy population and the simple type 2 diabetic population,the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid and inflammatory factors in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy are higher.
