Objective To analyze the effect of continuous blood purification during the treatment of diabetic nephropa-thy patients,and to evaluate its effect on renal function.Methods From July 2023 to June 2024,a total of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Department of Nephrology and Endocrinology of Zibo Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups ac-cording to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent hemodi-alysis,and the observation group was treated with continuous blood purification.The effective rate,complication rate,hemodynamic levels and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the cardiac output of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the central venous pressure and heart rate were lower than those of the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in renal func-tion indexes between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous blood purification in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is ideal for adjusting the hemodynamic level of the body,which can prevent postoperative complications and has high clinical application value.
