Effect of Multidisciplinary Nursing with Nurses as the Core Combined with Family Participation Continuous Nursing Intervention on Blood Glu-cose Control and Quality of Life in Diabetic Patients Complicated with Hy-pertension

目的 研究糖尿病合并高血压患者在采取以护士为核心多学科护理结合家属参与式延续护理时的作用.方法 选取2021年6月—2023年12月寿光市人民医院收治的138例糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,按照不同护理形式分为两组,各69例.对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取以护士为核心多学科护理结合家属参与式延续护理.比较两组护理满意度、生活质量、血压水平、体重指数(body mass index,BMI)及血糖水平.结果 研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,研究组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理前,两组血压、BMI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,研究组收缩压、舒张压、BMI均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理前,两组血糖水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 糖尿病合并高血压患者采取以护士为核心多学科护理结合家属参与式延续护理可提高护理满意度和生活质量,同时也能降低血压和血糖水平.
Objective To study the role of nurses as the core of multidisciplinary nursing combined with family partici-patory continuous nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 138 patients of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing forms,69 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given multidisciplinary nursing with nurses as the core combined with family participation continuous nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,blood pressure levels,body mass index(BMI)and blood glucose levels were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in blood pressure and BMI between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and BMI of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differ-ences in blood glucose levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary nursing with nurses as the core combined with family participation continuous nursing can improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension,and can also reduce blood pressure and blood glu-cose levels.
