Analysis of the Role of Operating Room Nursing Intervention in Prevent-ing Postoperative Incision Infection in Patients with Gallstones and Diabe-tes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the role of operating room nursing intervention in preventing postoperative incision infection in diabetic patients.Methods From April 2019 to April 2024,a total of 62 patients with gallstones and dia-betes mellitus admitted to Xiamen Third Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in-tervention,and the study group was given operating room nursing intervention.The blood glucose levels,complication rate,bad mood scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fast-ing blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,Self-rating Anxiety Scale score,Self-rating Depression Scale score and complication rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing intervention in the prevention of postoperative incision infection in diabetic patients can improve the patient's blood glucose level,relieve bad mood,reduce the incidence of complications,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
