摘要
目的 探究镇肝熄风汤在糖尿病并急性期脑梗死患者中的应用价值.方法 选取2023年2月—2024年5月沂水县人民医院收治的70例糖尿病并急性期脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各35例,分别选择常规西药联合镇肝熄风汤与单一西药治疗,对比两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(National Institute Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、临床疗效、炎症因子水平及糖脂代谢水平.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 糖尿病并急性期脑梗死患者中,应用镇肝熄风汤治疗具有显著的临床效果,可减轻炎症反应,改善血脂、血糖水平及神经功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From February 2023 to May 2024,a total of 70 patients of diabe-tes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Yishui County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Conventional Western medicine combined with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction and single Western medicine were selected respectively.The National Institute Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and glucose and lipid metabolism levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glu-cose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetes mel-litus and acute cerebral infarction,the application of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce the inflammatory response,improve blood lipid,blood glucose levels and neurological function.
