Objective To investigate the risk factors of type 2 diabetic retinopathy(DR)combined with type 2 dia-betic kidney disease(DKD).Methods The clinical data of 190 patients with type 2 DR admitted to the Second Affili-ated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were retro-spectively selected.According to whether DKD was combined, they were divided into simple DR group(95 cases)and DR+DKD group(95 cases). The difference of clinical data between DR group and DR+DKD group was analyzed by univariate analysis, and the influencing factors of DR+DKD were analyzed by binary Logistic regression. Results The urea nitrogen,microalbuminuria,24-hour urinary protein quantification, glycated hemoglobin A1c and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the DR+DKD group were higher than those in the DR group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that microalbuminuria≥30 mg/L and glycated hemoglobin A1c≥7%were independent risk factors of DR combined with DKD(both P<0.05).Conclusion The influence factors of DR and DKD include urea nitrogen,microalbuminuria,24-hour urinary protein quantification, glycated hemoglobin A1c and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.Microalbuminuria and glycated he-moglobin A1c are independent risk factors for DR combined with DKD.
