Objective To explore the influencing factors of vitamin D level in children with diabetes in plateau area. Methods The clinical data of 122 children with diabetes living at an altitude of≥2 100 m admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in Qinghai Women and Children's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2022 were retrospectively se-lected.According to different vitamin D levels, they were divided into vitamin D abnormal group(<20 ng/mL)of 60 cases and vitamin D normal group(≥20 ng/mL)of 62 cases. The general data, physiological and biochemical indexes of the two groups were collected for univariate and multiple Logistic regression analysis. Results There were signifi-cant differences in gender, low density lipoprotein and total cholesterol between the two groups(all P<0.05).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that low density lipoprotein>3.4 mmol/L was a risk factor for low level of vitamin D in children with diabetes in plateau area(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with diabetes in plateau area, vitamin D level is related to gender, low density lipoprotein and total cholesterol, and low density lipoprotein is the influencing factor of vitamin D level.
