Bibliometric Analysis of Global Hot Spots and Trends in the Quality of Life Research in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in the Last 10 Years

目的 通过文献计量学的方法了解妊娠期糖尿病患者生活质量相关研究的研究现状和热点,并预测未来研究趋势.方法 检索2014年8月—2024年8月中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的中文文献和Web of Science收录的英文文献,通过CiteSpace软件对年发文量、期刊发文情况、作者、研究机构及关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入中文文献283篇、英文文献252篇,近10年该领域文献数量整体呈增长趋势.发表文献最多的中文杂志是《糖尿病新世界》;发表文献最多的英文杂志是BMJ Open.中、英文作者合著率分别为44.2%、98.0%.在国内研究机构中,发文量超过2篇的机构有12家;在国外研究机构中,发文量超过5篇的机构有34家.关键词分析发现,国内妊娠期糖尿病患者生活质量研究侧重于妊娠结局、健康教育与心理护理领域,而国外研究则在风险因素、生活方式干预及现代医疗模式等领域,双方均对运动疗法、饮食干预等生活方式干预等新兴领域表现出兴趣增长的趋势.结论 近年来,全球妊娠期糖尿病患者生活质量领域研究热度持续上升,探究领域日益拓展,尤其在生活方式干预方面呈现出显著的研究趋势.但相较于国际研究,国内研究的广度与深度仍有待提升.
Objective To understand the research status and hotspots of quality of life in patients with gestational dia-betes mellitus through bibliometric methods,and to predict future research trends.Methods Chinese literature in-cluded in CNKI database and English literature included in Web of Science from August 2014 to August 2024 were searched.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the annual number of articles published,the number of ar-ticles published in journals,authors,research institutions and keywords.Results A total of 283 Chinese articles and 252 English articles were included.In the past 10 years,the number of articles in this field has shown an overall growth trend.The most published Chinese journal was Diabetes New World.The most published English journal is BMJ Open.The co-author rates of Chinese and English authors were 44.2%and 98.0%respectively.Among the do-mestic research institutions,there are 12 institutions with more than 2 papers,among foreign research institutions,there are 34 institutions with more than 5 papers.Keyword analysis revealed that domestic studies on quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus focused on the areas of pregnancy outcomes,health education and psycho-logical care,while foreign studies were in the areas of risk factors,lifestyle interventions,and modern healthcare mod-els,with both sides showing an increasing trend of interest in the emerging areas of lifestyle interventions such as exer-cise therapy and dietary interventions.Conclusion In recent years,the global research on the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus has continued to rise,and the field of inquiry has been expanding,especially in life-style intervention.However,compared with international research,the breadth and depth of domestic research still need to be improved.
