Objective To analyze the effect of combined detection of cystatin C(CysC),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and microalbuminuria(mAlb)on the evaluation of early renal injury in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 70 dia-betic patients with suspected early renal injury admitted to Funing County People's Hospital from January 2022 to De-cember 2023 were selected as the research objects. The levels of CysC,β2-MG and mAlb were measured in all pa-tients.Taking the comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficacy of single detection and combined detection of CysC,β2-MG and mAlb was analyzed. Results The results of comprehensive diagnosis showed that 38 cases of early renal injury were positive and 32 cases were negative in 70 diabetic patients.β2-MG test was positive in 35 cases and negative in 35 cases.mAlb was detected positive in 36 cases and negative in 34 cases.CysC test was positive in 36 cases and negative in 34 cases.Combined diagnosis was positive in 42 cases and negative in 28 cases. The sensitivity of combined detection was higher than that of single detection of β2-MG,CysC and mAlb,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity and accuracy of different examination methods(both P>0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of CysC,β2-MG and mAlb has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of early renal injury in patients with diabetes. The determination of its level is helpful for doctors to accurately evaluate the renal injury of patients, and is of great significance for the formulation of treat-ment plan and prognosis improvement of patients.
