Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspart+insulin detemir in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 102 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Tancheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups,51 cases in each group. The single group was treated with insu-lin aspart, and the combined group was added insulin detemir for treatment. The blood glucose indexes, islet function, blood glucose compliance and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the combined group were lower than those in the single group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the combined group were lower than those in the single group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose standard time,2-hour postprandial blood glucose standard time and two blood glucose standard time in the combined group were shorter than those in the single group, and the two blood glucose standard rate was higher than that in the single group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combined group was lower than that in the single group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of insulin detemir+insulin aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus is high. The blood glucose level and islet function of the patients will be improved, and the blood glucose compliance rate can be improved and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes can be reduced.
