Objective To investigate the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with dapagliflozin on joint func-tion in patients with diabetic osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 145 patients with diabetic osteoarthritis admitted to Quanzhou Quangang Ren'ai Hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.Accord-ing to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(n=73)and control group(n=72).The control group was treated with dapagliflozin,and the study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with dapagliflozin.The blood glucose levels,joint function and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemo-globin A1c,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the joint function was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with dapagliflozin can reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic osteoarthritis patients,improve the joint function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
