Intervention Value of Seamless Whole Course Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Index,Complications and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Foot Surgery
Objective To explore the clinical effect of seamless whole course nursing intervention for patients with dia-betic foot surgery. Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,100 patients with diabetic foot who needed bone transport in the Department of Orthopaedics of Panzhou People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to the different nursing measures, they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given seamless whole course nursing in-tervention.The blood glucose indexes, complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing, the scores of physical function,psychologi-cal function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Providing seamless whole course nursing intervention for patients with diabetic foot surgery during the perioperative period is helpful to stabilize the blood glucose level of pa-tients,ensure the overall safety of surgery, and improve the quality of life of patients.
