Effect of Whole Course Nursing on the Clinical Effect and Compliance Be-havior of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus
Objective To analyze the effect of whole course nursing on the compliance behavior and clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 92 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to People's Hospital of Wuhua County from Janu-ary 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into study group(n=46,whole course nursing)and control group(n=46,routine nursing)according to different nursing methods. The blood glucose indexes, satisfaction score, compliance behavior score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin A1c and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin A1c and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before nursing, there were no significant differences in satisfaction score and compliance behavior score between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing, the satisfaction score and compliance behavior score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course nursing of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus is helpful to improve the blood glucose index of the body, improve the patient's compliance behavior and satisfaction, and provide a new scheme for the nursing of patients with coronary heart dis-ease and diabetes mellitus after intervention.
