Objective To analyze the application effect of optimized rescue process nursing in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 79 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Putian 95th Hospital from Febru-ary 2023 to February 2024 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were di-vided into two groups.The control group(n=39)was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group(n=40)was treated with optimized rescue process nursing intervention.The blood glucose control time,acidosis correction time,nursing satisfaction,complication rate and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose control time and acidosis correction time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications,Self-rating Anxiety Scale score and Self-rating Depression Scale score were lower than those in the control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized rescue process nursing intervention can improve the patient's blood glucose,correct the acidosis time,improve their bad mood,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
