Objective To analyze the application value of all-round nursing in hemodialysis patients with diabetes chronic renal failure.Methods From June 2022 to March 2024,100 hemodialysis patients with diabetic chronic renal failure who were diagnosed and treated in the 910 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Lib-eration Army were selected as the observation targets.The patients were grouped according to different nursing meth-ods.50 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and 50 patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose,anxiety and depression indexes of the two groups were counted and observed.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose be-tween the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin)in the study group was lower,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was recorded as 4.00%,and the inci-dence of complications in the control group was recorded as 16.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction record of the study group was 98.00%,and the nursing satisfaction record of the control group was 84.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can im-prove the blood sugar,anxiety and depression of hemodialysis patients with diabetes chronic renal failure,with fewer complications and high patient satisfaction.
