Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on body temperature management in patients with diabetes during recovery period after general anesthesia. Methods From October 2022 to April 2024,a total of 60 patients with diabetes after general anesthesia in Sanming Second Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The blood glucose level, awake time, anesthesia recovery room stay time, extubation time, body temperature management during recovery period and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the awake time, anesthesia recovery room residence time, extubation time were shorter than those of the control group, the hypothermia, chills during the recovery period was less than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetes after general anesthesia can improve the patient's blood glucose level and body temperature management, shorten the patient's awake time, anesthesia re-covery room stay time, extubation time, and the patient's nursing satisfaction were higher.
