Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Interven-tion on Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy by Ear Point Embedding Beans
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on blood glucose level of patients with diabetic nephropathy by ear point embedding beans.Methods A total of 70 patients with dia-betic nephropathy admitted to Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from February 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing meth-ods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given tradi-tional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing of ear point embedding beans on the basis of the control group.Before and after nursing,the blood glucose level,negative emotion and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of negative emotions(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nurs-ing,the scores of self-efficacy(positive attitude,self-decision,self-decompression)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The tradi-tional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing measures of ear point embedding beans can reduce the blood glucose level of patients with diabetic nephropathy and improve negative emotions and self-efficacy.
