Effect of Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control Rate,Self-efficacy and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis From the Perspective of Multidisciplinary Joint
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of diabetic ketoacidosis patients from the perspective of multidisci-plinary joint.Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis in Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group accord-ing to different nursing schemes,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing from the perspective of multidisciplinary joint.The blood glucose control rate,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the effects of blood glucose control rate and self-efficacy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion From the perspective of multidisciplinary joint,nursing plays a synergistic effect of multiple nursing mea-sures,can achieve good blood glucose control rate,and further improves patients'self-efficacy and quality of life.
