Objective Exploring the efficacy of Huangqi Gegen Decoction combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with early dia-betic nephropathy admitted to Yishui People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Huangqi Gegen Decoction and pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on the basis of routine hypoglycemic therapy,while the control group was only treated with routine hypo-glycemic therapy.The biochemical indexes,hemorheology indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,biochemical indexes of both groups were improved compared with be-fore treatment,and 24 h urinary protein excretion rate and urea nitrogen level of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in serum creatinine level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity of both groups was de-creased compared with before treatment,and the plasma viscosity of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Gegen Decoction combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of early diabetic nephropa-thy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce urinary protein excretion rate.
