Effect of perioperative nursing care on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with advanced primary liver cancer undergoing interventional perfusion chemotherapy
Objective: To analyze the perioperative nursing effect and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with advanced primary liver cancer treated with interventional perfusion chemotherapy.Methods: 80 patients with advanced primary liver cancer treated by interventional perfusion chemotherapy in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table, 40 patients in each group, the control group was given routine nursing intervention, the research group was given perioperative nursing, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of body quality, emotional function and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The clinical nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 95.00% higher than 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00% lower than that in the control group 17.50% (P>0.05).Conclusion: Perioperative nursing care for patients with advanced primary liver cancer undergoing interventional perfusion chemotherapy can improve their quality of life and effectively promote their early recovery, which is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
