Objective: to explore and analyze the effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods: From October 2020 to November 2022， 80 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.The control group (n=40) was treated with conventional drugs， and the research group (n=40) was treated with digestive endoscopy.The curative effect， hemostasis time， hospitalization time and complications were observed.Results: The overall curative rate of the study group was 95.00%， which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05，χ^²=6.2745).The hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the study group were (1.25±0.34) and (7.64±1.27) d respectively， which were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05， t=13.3432， 12.3004).The complication rate of the study group was 2.50%， which was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05， χ^²=5.0000).Conclusion: Digestive endoscopy is effective in the treatment of patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding， which can shorten the bleeding time and hospitalization time and reduce complications， and is worth popularizing.
