Objective: To explore and analyze the influence of dispensing quality supervision in Chinese pharmacy on the rationality of Chinese medicine prescription and its clinical medication safety.Methods: from January 2022 to December 2022，200 patients were divided into two groups according to the implementation time of dispensing quality supervision in dispensary of Chinese materia medica， the control group (100 cases) was before and the study group (100 cases) was after the quality control of dispensing in Chinese materia medica.Results: The incidence rates of unreasonable prescription and dosage of single decoction pieces in the study group were 2.00%， 3.00% and 5.00%， respectively， which were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The utilization rate of toxic decoction pieces in the study group was 8.00%， which was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The utilization rate of toxic decoction pieces in study group was 1.00%， which was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%， which was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of dispensing quality supervision in Chinese pharmacy can effectively improve the rationality of the use of Chinese medicine prescriptions and enhance the safety of clinical medication， which is worth popularizing.
