Objective:To compare the clinical effectiveness of percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation and anterior plate internal fixation in treating the unstable pelvic fracture.Methods:60 unstable pelvic fracture patients treated from July 2017 to July 2022 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table, patients were assigned to anterior group(n=30)and screw group(n=30).The anterior plate internal fixation and percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation were performed, respectively. The postoperative recovery, operation time, reduction quality, pain degree, living ability and life quality were compared. Results:The postoperative recovery, living ability, life quality and reduction quality scores in screw group were significantly higher than anterior group; the operation time in screw group was significantly shorter than anterior group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation and anterior plate internal fixation can increase the surgical effects, reduce the operation time and bleeding volume for unstable pelvic fracture patients.
