Objective:To compare the clinical effectiveness of percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation and anterior plate internal fixation in treating the unstable pelvic fracture.Methods:60 unstable pelvic fracture patients treated from July 2017 to July 2022 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table，patients were assigned to anterior group(n=30)and screw group(n=30).The anterior plate internal fixation and percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation were performed，respectively. The postoperative recovery，operation time，reduction quality，pain degree，living ability and life quality were compared.Results:The postoperative recovery，living ability，life quality and reduction quality scores in screw group were significantly higher than anterior group; the operation time in screw group was significantly shorter than anterior group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The percutaneous hollow screw internal fixation and anterior plate internal fixation can increase the surgical effects，reduce the operation time and bleeding volume for unstable pelvic fracture patients.
