Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention and temporary pacemaker implantation in patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with slow arrhythmia.Methods:40 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly selected from December 2020 to December 2022,which were divided into experimental group and control group according to the treatment method, and the number of patients in each group was 20.The control group received overall percutaneous coronary intervention, and the experimental group underwent overall percutaneous coronary intervention and temporary pacemaker implantation, with the comparative effect. Results:The scores of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the incidence of experimental angina events was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.There was no difference in efficacy in the experimental group compared with the control group, with P> 0.05.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with P<0.05.The diac function was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The percutaneous coronary intervention and temporary pacemaker implantation can improve the efficacy, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the cardiac function of the patients.
