Objective:To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing services in PICC specialist clinics.Methods:a total of 80 patients with malignant 2021 from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing was applied in the control group，and the high quality nursing service was applied in the research group.Results:After nursing，the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); The self care ability of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing service can eliminate the negative mentality of patients with malignant tumors，enhance their self care ability，effectively reduce the occurrence of complications，and improve their nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
