Objective:to explore the effect of pain management and psychological nursing on orthopedic trauma patients.Methods:a total of 114 patients with traumatic orthopaedic 2021 from August to August 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group.Results:there was no significant difference in psychological status and pain between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the psychological status of the study group was improved,and the scores of pain,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were lower.Conclusion:The mode of pain nursing combined with psychological nursing can improve the clinical effect of patients with traumatic orthopaedic surgery,and it is worth popularizing.
