Objective:To explore the results of microbiological examination and drug sensitivity test in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection. Methods 200 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary tract infection collected in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were taken as the research object, and clinical microbiological examination and bacterial drug resistance monitoring were carried out to analyze the positive rate of samples and the distribution of pathogenic bacteria. Results 178 strains of bacteria were isolated from 200 patients, including 126 strains of Enterobacter(70.79%),including 80 strains of Escherichia coli(44.94%)and 36 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae(20.22%).There were 52 strains of non-fermentative bacteria(29.21%),including 32 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(17.98%).In this study, cefazolin, penicillin, ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and ceftazidime were selected, among which penicillin was the most resistant.Klebsiella,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Enterobacter and Proteus are gram-negative bacteria, and the resistance rate to commonly used antibiotics is less than 70%.Conclusion The main pathogens of diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection are Enterobacter and non-fermentative bacteria.Monitoring bacterial drug resistance can help to master the changes of bacterial drug resistance, guide the use of antibacterial drugs and effectively improve the treatment effect.
