Objective:Exploring the results of endovenous radiofrequency ablation and laser ablation in treating greater saphenous varicose veins.Methods:80 patients of greater saphenous varicose vein admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were divided into two groups by random number method.40 patients in each group were treated by lower limbs of greater saphenous varicose vein:the treatment group was treated by intravenous radiofrequency ablation, and laser ablation was used as the conventional treatment of the control group.Clinical indicators such as operation time, hospital stay, and postoperative complication incidence were observed in both groups, and statistical analysis was performed. Results:The operation time, hospital stay, postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate of 40 patients in the treatment group were better than those of 40 patients in the control group, and the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation is effective in the treatment of greater saphenous varicose veins, which can effectively improve the lower limb symptoms of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients by.Comprehensive analysis of the two methods for greater saphenous varicose veins showed that the effect of intravenous radiofrequency ablation is significantly better than that of laser ablation for.
