Objective:To analyze the methods and functions of routine blood tests in the diagnosis of anemia. Methods In the study, healthy people were included in the control group, and 80 anemia patients were divided into groups according to different types of anemia. All three groups received routine blood tests and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The average volume and protein content of red blood cells in group A,red blood cell count, average volume and protein content of red blood cells in group B are relatively low,but the red blood cell count in group A is relatively high. The red blood cell count and average volume were higher in group A,but lower in group A(P<0.05).There was little difference in sensitivity and specificity of blood routine test between AB group and AB group(P > 0.05).Conclusion Blood routine test is selected for anemia, which has ideal diagnostic accuracy and can clarify the types of anemia and guide clinical work.
