Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of phloroglucinol combined with tramadol in the treatment of spastic abdominal pain. Methods:A total of 178 patients with spastic abdominal pain admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as participants in this study. They were divided into two groups,79 cases in the control group and 79 cases in the observation group. Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 86.08%,and that of the observation group was 97.47%.Compared between groups, the effective rate of the observation group was higher and the clinical efficacy was more ideal. The total satisfaction of the control group was 89.87%,and that of the observation group was 98.73%.Compared between groups, the satisfaction of the observation group was higher. After the implementation of different treatment methods,a total of 13 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group, accounting for 16.46%,and 3 cases occurred in the observation group, accounting for 3.80%.Compared between groups, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, and the safety of therapy was higher. Conclusion:The combination of phloroglucinol and Tramadol in the treatment of spastic abdominal pain has significant clinical efficacy and high safety, which is worth recommending in a wide range.
