Objective:To study the effect of endoscopic endoscopy and surgical pathology in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2022，54 patients were diagnosed for live tissue examination and pathological diagnosis of surgery，and the tissue type，differentiation degree and classification of gastric cancer were evaluated.Results:Comparison of confirmed，undiagnosed and suspected rates of endoscopic biopsy and surgical pathology，The data difference is small(P> 0.05);The pathological diagnostic results of the tissue type results，Less difference(P> 0.05)，Comparison of the degree of pathological differentiation in living tissue and surgery，The difference was obvious(P<0.05);Comparison of diffuse infiltrative results of pathological diagnosis of endoscopic living tissue and surgery，Significant difference(P<0.05)，Comparison of ulcer，mass，and localized ulcer types，The difference was small(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of biopsy is relatively high，which plays a great role in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.It can provide a strong basis for subsequent treatment，but there are still shortcomings and they are constantly improved.
