Objective:To analyze the effect of pain nursing on sleep quality of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:80 patients with trigeminal neuralgia admitted to our hospital were included in this study.The number of cases in the two groups was the same.The patients in both groups were given routine nursing，and the patients in the observation group were given pain nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain score，sleep quality，anxiety score，depression score and quality of life score of the observation group after nursing were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain nursing for patients with trigeminal neuralgia can more effectively relieve their pain symptoms，improve their sleep quality，negative emotions and quality of life，which is worthy of application.
