Objective:To analyze the significance of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids in type 2 diabetes.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and assigned to the observation group. At the same time,60 normal persons who underwent health examination at the same time were selected and assigned to the control group. The two groups of samples were tested for glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids, and their test results were compared. Results:The levels of FPG,2hPG and HbAlc in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);In the observation group,HbAlc was positively correlated with TG,TC,LDL-C,and negatively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:The index of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes is obviously abnormal. The combination of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid test results can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. In clinical practice, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid test can provide reliable basis for the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients.
