Objective:To explore the effect of standardized quality management of traditional Chinese medicine slices in the management of Chinese pharmacy.Methods:A total of 120 patients who were prescribed by the Chinese pharmacy of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.As the reference group，the routine Chinese pharmacy management was implemented.In addition，120 patients who were prescribed by the Chinese pharmacy of our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group.On the basis of the routine Chinese pharmacy management，the standardized management of the quality of Chinese herbal medicines was implemented.Compare and analyze the management effect of Chinese pharmacy.Results:Compared with the control group，the observation group had lower drug replacement rate，error rate of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing，drug worm rate，drug hygroscopic rate，and drug return and replacement rate;The drug turnover rate，dispensing accuracy and patient satisfaction were higher in the observation group;In the observation group，the drug storage time and the average drug taking time were shorter;P<0.05.Conclusion:Applying the standardized management method of the quality of Chinese traditional medicine slices to the management of the Chinese pharmacy can reduce the drug replacement rate，the drug worm rate，the drug damp change rate and the drug return rate，and can improve the drug turnover rate，the dispensing accuracy rate and the patient satisfaction rate，which has clinical application value.
