Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on aphasia in cerebral infarction.Methods:96 cases of aphasia patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the blind selection method，the patients were divided into 48 groups，which were named control group and observation group respectively.Among them，the control group was treated with conventional western medicine and speech training，and the observation group was treated with acupuncture.The speech function of the two groups of patients was evaluated and the therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results:After treatment，spontaneous speech score，repetition score，naming score and comprehension score of observation group were significantly different from those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group，the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of aphasia patients with cerebral infarction can improve their speech function，the curative effect is ideal，worthy of attention and promotion.
