目的：分析病毒性肺炎（viral pneumonia，VP）患儿联合雾化吸入重组人干扰素α-1b（Recombinant human interferon α-1b，rhIFN-α1b）、布地奈德的效果。方法：从2021年6月-2022年6月的本院收治的VP患儿中随机抽取62例，随机数字表法均分为A组（雾化吸入布地奈德）和B组（雾化吸入布地奈德+rhIFN-α1b），规范治疗后，对比两组效果。结果：B组治疗有效率、临床症状消失时间、治疗后免疫功能指标优于A组（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异。
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of Recombinant human interferon α-1b (rhIFN-α1b) and budesonide in children with viral pneumonia (VP).Methods A total of 62 VP children admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into group A (budesonide aerosol inhalation) and group B (budesonide aerosol inhalation +rhIFN-α1b) by random number table method.After standardized treatment, the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effective rate, the time of clinical symptom disappearance and the immune function indexes of group B were better than those of group A (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The combined inhalation of budesonide and rhIFN-α1b can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and immune system function of children with VP in a short period of time, with significant efficacy and high safety.
