Objective: To explore the application value of personalized nursing mode in pediatric pyogenic tonsillitis.Methods Fifty pediatric patients with suppurative tonsillitis admitted from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The children were divided into control and study groups by random number tables, with 25 patients in each group.The control group applied routine care, and the study group applied personalized care.The treatment effect and immune function of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The treatment rate in the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).CD4+ levels and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05).IgA and IgM levels in the study group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05 (χ^2=5.2349).Conclusion Children with suppurative tonsillitis adopt personalized care to improve immune function and get satisfactory evaluation.
