Objective: To investigate the application effect of target management nursing intervention model in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods: A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who visited our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group implemented routine nursing, the experimental group implemented the target management nursing intervention mode, the intervention time was 2 weeks, and the difference between the two groups was compared at the end of the intervention.Results: the patients with treatment compliance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention (P<0.05), and the satisfaction scores in the experimental group after the intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of the target management nursing intervention model in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a significant effect, which can effectively improve arterial blood gas and lung function and improve the effective rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
