摘要
目的：探析术中保温护理措施预防妇科腹腔镜手术患者低体温的有效性。方法：收集我院2022年1月～2022年12月收治的80例妇科手术患者，均行腹腔镜手术治疗，根据随机数分组法将其分成对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组常规护理措施，观察组在常规护理的基础上联合术中保温护理措施。观察两组患者手术前后体温情况，寒战发生情况。结果：观察组在手术前与对照组无明显变化（P＞0.05）；手术后30min、1h及7天内体温明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；寒战发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effectiveness of intraoperative insulation measures to prevent hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods: The 80 gynecological surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were collected, all underwent laparoscopic surgery, which were divided into control group and observation group according to random group method, each group had 40 cases, and the observation group combined with intraoperative insulation nursing measures on the basis of routine care.Observe the body temperature of the two groups before and after surgery, and the occurrence of chills.Results: There was no significant change between the observation group before the surgery (P>0.05); the body temperature within 30min, 1h and 7 days after the operation (P<0.05); the incidence of chills was lower than the control group, significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion: intraoperative insulation nursing measures can effectively prevent hypothermia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients, which is a method worth popularizing in clinical practice.
