摘要
目的：研究冷冻和激光治疗皮肤色素痣的美容效果。方法：选取2021年3月～2023年3月我院皮肤科就诊的色素痣患者50例，按就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组两组，每组25例，观察组采用激光治疗和对照组应用冷冻治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后的皮损面积、色素沉着程度、疼痛情况及复发情况。结果：观察组患者治疗后的皮损面积、色素沉着程度和疼痛程度均较对照组显著改善，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：冷冻和激光治疗皮肤色素痣，在皮损面积、色素沉着程度和疼痛程度方面具有显著差异，且激光治疗效果优于冷冻治疗。
Abstract
Objective: To study the cosmetic effect of freezing and laser treatment of skin pigmented nevus.Methods: selected from March 2021 to March 2023 of our dermatology pigment nevus patients 50 cases, according to the clinic order divided into observation group and two groups, each group of 25 cases, observation group with laser treatment and control group application cryotherapy, compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment of skin area, pigmentation, pain and recurrence.Results: The skin lesion area, pigmentation degree and pain degree of the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Cryotherapy and laser treated skin nevus with skin area, pigmentation and pain, and the effect of laser treatment was better than cryotherapy.
