摘要
目的：探讨乳腺良性肿块应用麦默通微创旋切术的效果。方法：我院从2022年1月-2023年1月期间，抽取74例患者，采取不同治疗方式分为对照组与治疗组，各37例。对照组行传统手术治疗，治疗组行麦默通微创旋切术，对比两组治疗效果、手术指标以及并发症发生率。结果：经分析，治疗组各指标变化明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在乳腺良性肿块的治疗中，实施麦默通微创旋切术，疗效确切，术后并发症少，出血量少，安全性高。
Abstract
Objective: Exploring the effect of minimally invasive circumcision with Maimutong on benign breast masses. Method: Our hospital selected 74 patients from January 2022 to January 2023 and divided them into a control group and a treatment group using different treatment methods, with 37 patients in each group. The control group received traditional surgical treatment, while the treatment group received minimally invasive circumcision with Maimutong. The treatment effects, surgical indicators, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Result: After analysis, the changes in various indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of benign breast masses, the implementation of Maimutong minimally invasive circumcision has a definite therapeutic effect, fewer postoperative complications, less bleeding, and high safety.
