摘要
目的：在早期糖尿病视网膜病变的防治中联合使用六味地黄丸与丹参明目丸的临床效果。方法：从我院2021年1月-2022年12月治疗的糖尿病视网膜早期病变患者中抽取70例并随机划分为对照组与研究组，各35例，对照组进行常规西药治疗，比较中医证候积分、治疗效果、血糖与血压指标以及视力水平。结果：研究组患者视力水平与治疗有效率高于对照组，而中医证候计分与血糖、血压值低于对照组（P＜0.05），比较有统计学意义。结论：在早期糖尿病视网膜病变防治中，能够有效改善患者血糖、血压水平，有利于提升患者视力，应用价值显著。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Liu Wei Di Huang Wan and Danshen Mingmu Pill in the prevention and treatment of early Diabetic retinopathy.Methods: 70 patients with early diabetes retinopathy treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a research group, 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the TCM syndrome score, treatment effect, blood glucose and blood pressure indicators, and vision level were compared.Result: The visual acuity level and treatment effectiveness rate of the study group patients were higher than those of the control group, while the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, blood sugar, and blood pressure values were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion: In the prevention and treatment of early Diabetic retinopathy, it can effectively improve the blood sugar and blood pressure levels of patients, which is conducive to improving patients' vision, and has significant application value.
