From the Perspective of Growth Poles,Link the High-Quality Resources of Hongqiao International Hub to Promote the Transformation and Upgrading Strategy of Hefei International Financial Backstage Service Base
Since 1980,the growth pole theory has increasingly become an important strategic tool for Chi-nese scholars to guide and promote regional economic development.In 2009,Hongqiao International Central Business District was officially established.So far,after three iterations and upgrades,it has been clear-ly positioned as the"pole in the middle"of the strong economic growth pole in the Yangtze River Delta.In March 2021,the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hongqiao International Opening Hub was officially is-sued,bringing Hefei into the"Rainbow Bridge"territory,which clearly supports Hefei to build an interna-tional financial backstage service base and provide convenient financial services for enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta.Based on the economic development stage,industrial agglomeration foundation and urban development potential of Anhui Province and Hefei City,this paper attempts to issue construction strategies for the transformation and upgrading of Hefei international financial backstage service base and linking high-quality resources of Hongqiao Hub from the perspective of growth pole.
