碳普惠体系下减碳量方法学研究与核算——以厦门市公共交通领域为例
Research on Carbon Reduction Calculation and Value Bestowal under the Carbon Inclusive System——Taking the Public Transportation Sector of Xiamen City as an Example

摘要
本文结合碳普惠制的行为引导与转化特点,以公共交通领域为切入点构建碳普惠制方法学,以期计算其真实减碳量,从而明晰碳普惠制的真实生态价值与经济价值,并以厦门市为例进行实例计算.研究结论表明,厦门市公共交通领域的潜在减碳量为151488.9吨,具有巨大的减碳潜力,但尚未得到有效挖掘.本文在拓宽碳普惠方法学边际研究范围的同时,能为厦门市碳普惠制的实施提供一定的数据支撑,也为其他的碳普惠试点的真实减碳量计算提供有益参考.
Abstract
Regarding the public transportation field as the breakthrough point,this article fully combines the behavioral guidance and transformation characteristics of the carbon inclusion system,and constructs a methodology of the carbon inclusion system.The purpose is to calculate its real carbon reduction amount,thereby making the true ecological and economic value of the carbon inclusion system clear.And it takes Xia-men City as an example for instance calculation.The research conclusion shows that,the potential carbon re-duction in the public transportation sector of Xiamen is 151488.9 tons,having the huge carbon reduction po-tential,but not yet been effectively explored.This article broadens the marginal research scope of the car-bon inclusive methodology,at the same time,provides certain data support for the implementation of the car-bon inclusive system in Xiamen.And it also provides useful reference for the real carbon reduction calcula-tion in other carbon inclusive pilot projects.
