Based on the patent information of intelligent service robot industry,this paper analyzes the structure and trend of patent layout in Shenzhen,as well as the distribution of technology composition,in-novation subjects and innovation talents in each district,to reveal the development status and trend,and clarifies its innovation development direction and patent layout strategy.At the same time,we visited the key intelligent service robot enterprises in Shenzhen,and studied the development status and direction of key technologies,so as to provide comprehensive support for the high-quality development of intellectual property of the intelligent service robot industry in Shenzhen.
