The issue of guaranteeing the rights of residence rights holders cuts across multiple perspec-tives of public law,private law and social law.Since the creation of the right of residence in Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.There have been many controversies in the academic and practical fields re-garding the right of residence,especially the issues of compensation for expropriation,compensation for expropriation,and sharing of property rights and interests in relation to ownership.For this reason,it is necessary to focus on the practical problems of confrontation between the right of residence and ownership under the perspective of property rights,and study the analysis schemes such as"subject expansion","cost of living"and"contribution degree".In this regard,it is necessary to explore the feasibility of granting the right of compensation to the residence and the right of the owner,so as to propose a solution to alleviate the"confrontation"between them.
