At present,the research of transition finance mainly focuses on the definition standard of tran-sition enterprises and the classification of transition tools.This paper introduces the institutional logic perspective to explain the behavior of commercial banks in the face of the external institutional pres-sure of financial transition,and analyzes the heterogeneity of commercial banks in the face of multiple in-stitutional logic.The study found that in the face of multiple institutional logics including State Logic,market logic and social commonweal logic,commercial banks in different fields will adopt three different strategies:decoupling strategy,compromise strategy and embedding strategy.The research on the strategy choice of commercial banks participating in the transitional financial system will help deepen the under-standing of the transitional financial system from the supply side and enhance the effectiveness of our tran-sitional financial system.
