Grounded on the data of Employer-Employee Matching Survey of Foshan,the article discusses ef-fects of rural migrant workers'in-service training on the enterprise's performance,and the staff's develop-ment.Results reflect that the in-service training is conductive to raising the enterprises'performance,and the number of enterprise training and training expenditure have significant positive impact on the enter-prises'gross output value.The number of enterprise training exerts significant positive influence on the business'prime operational revenue whereas the number of in-service training has no significant effect.In-service training can prominently increase employee's wages while significantly decreasing their mobility.it means that The wages of rural migrant workers who received in-service training are higher than those who failed,with low mobility willingness.
